How will I know whether my order has been confirmed or not ?

Once payment is completed, you will receive an email for your order. This is a confirmation for the order you have placed. For any unfortunate reason, if this doesn’t happen, then please contact us through Live Chat or by sending us a mail on customercare@prettybee.co. Someone from our team will help you out! 

 

Cancellation

How can I cancel an order?

Pretty Bee endeavours to provide its customers a hassle-free shopping experience.  Due to hygiene reason most products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless the product was an incorrect product, or the product was delivered damaged.

Cancellation and exchange is possible on orders that are not shipped or until 48 hours of order whichever is earlier.  Please contact us for this at customercare@prettybee.co or +91-9529204812.

 

Refunds

Pretty Bee will initiate a refund immediately along with the cancellation request on all approved cancellations however, it will take 7 – 12 business day for the amount to reflect in your bank.

 

Exchange

Can I exchange products once purchased?

Pretty Bee endeavours to provide its customers a hassle-free shopping experience.  Due to hygiene reason most products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless the product was an incorrect product or the product was delivered damaged.

Pretty Bee offers exchange if products were incorrect or delivered damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customercare@prettybee.co or +91-9529204812.

Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms:

  • Return / exchange / replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by Pretty Bee Team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • Once your exchange / return request has been accepted, the exchange / refund process will be completed within 7-12 business days, subject to picking & product inspection.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override Pretty Bee Exchange/ Returns Policy.
  • To check which items cannot be exchanged, please call our customer care number on +91-9529204812 through business days (Monday to Saturday) or mail us at customercare@prettybee.co. We are constantly working to include more and more products to our exchange list.
  • In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount by way of Net Banking, Credit card / Debit card etc.
  • The cancelled product will be picked up by our courier partners and the refund will be processed once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse
  • Place your item in its original packaging box if available else put in a box, please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice if available. Keep the product and the package ready for pickup by Pretty Bee.

Payments

How do I pay for my products?

PrettyBee has tied up with Cashfree which has a secure payment system.

Cashfree is PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from major card schemes.

The PCI Standard is mandated by the card brands and administered by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. The standard was created to increase controls around cardholder data to reduce credit card fraud.

 While PCI-DSS Compliance is a pre-requisite for payment acceptance, we have gone a step further and incorporated a very robust Risk Management System developed with help from Paypal.

How safe is it to use my credit/debit card on your website?

As mentioned above Cashfree has a secure payment system and is PCI DSS complaint.

 

Charges

Are there any hidden charges (GST, Service charge or sales tax) when I make a purchase on PrettyBee?

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on PrettyBee. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the order confirmation page is exactly what you pay. The final order total would also include the shipping and handling charges as applicable.

 

Coupons

How can I use a coupon code on my order?

When you click on the Bag & hit proceed, you are directed to a checkout cart page where you can redeem any coupon code. On this page, you can enter the coupon code and the respective discount will be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

Note: Only one coupon code can be used on a single order. You cannot combine discount codes. If you choose to cancel an order after applying a coupon code, it would not be usable for a later purchase. In case of suspected misuse of coupons, PrettyBee reserves the right to cancel orders.
